3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are considered non-refundable:

  • Services that have been used, accessed, or uploaded, including any content uploaded to your website (images, videos, files, text, etc.), SEO configurations, blog uploads, or any other media/content associated with your account.
  • Subscription packages, once any of the features or services from the package have been used, including the upload of blogs, content, or any other media.
  • Custom-designed websites or bespoke features developed according to client specifications, as these are unique to each customer and cannot be resold.
  • Domain purchases. Once a domain is purchased, no exceptions can be granted, and no refunds will be issued.

Once a service or feature has been used or accessed, it is considered delivered, and no refund will be issued. Please review your selected package or service carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Exceptions and Special Cases

While our refund policy is generally non-refundable, we understand that issues may arise. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, experiencing technical difficulties, or believe there was an error, please contact us. We will evaluate the case individually and determine if any resolution is possible. However, please note that refunds are typically not granted for any services that have been accessed or used, including domain purchases.
